PRIVACY
Privacy
This Privacy Policy explains how GlowStrong L.L.C ("GlowStrong," "we," "us" or "our") handles information in connection with glowstronghealth.com, its WordPress and WooCommerce storefront, and links to the GlowStrong Health Scan and Workout Plan services. It does not make GlowStrong a healthcare provider, and the Scan is not a medical-record system.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the services, we may collect contact details, account details, order and transaction details, Scan and personalization information, Workout Plan information, communications, and technical or attribution information described below.
2. Information customers provide
You may provide your name, email address and optional phone number when requesting a Scan, creating an account, contacting us or subscribing to communications. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or sensitive medical information by email.
3. Orders and transactions
When you purchase through the GlowStrong WooCommerce storefront, the store may process billing, shipping, order, product, tax and fulfillment information needed to complete and support the transaction. Account and order history may be associated with your customer account.
4. Accounts
Accounts support authentication, saved results, orders, membership features and related services. Supabase is used for authentication and application data in the Scan platform. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and should notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
5. Health Scan and personalization
The Health Scan may receive questionnaire answers, selected path, name, email, optional phone, scores, recommendations and related completion data. This information is used to calculate and display the requested wellness results and personalized educational guidance. It is not medical advice or a medical record.
6. Workout Plan information
The Workout Plan service may process account-linked goals, plan selections, workout sessions, progress, feedback and reassessment information to generate and improve requested plans. Workout generation uses the Scan application’s configured AI provider and stores application data in Supabase where enabled.
7. Automatically collected information and cookies
The Scan implementation stores session cookies used by Supabase authentication. It also stores marketing attribution such as campaign parameters, referrer and landing page in browser local storage and an attribution cookie, and may store the lead profile locally to preserve the Scan experience. WordPress and WooCommerce may set their own functional or session cookies for login, cart and checkout. Cookie behavior can vary by feature and configuration.
8. How we use information
We use information to provide the Website, accounts, orders, Scan results and Workout Plan; respond to support requests; send requested transactional messages; personalize educational content; maintain security; troubleshoot and improve services; measure marketing performance; and meet legal or operational obligations.
9. Payment processing
Where enabled, Stripe processes payment and billing operations for Scan or membership offers. WooCommerce payment providers may process storefront checkout information. Payment providers receive the information needed to authorize and support a transaction under their own privacy policies. The GlowStrong theme does not request payment-card numbers directly.
10. Service providers
The implementation uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Resend for transactional email, and OpenAI for server-side Scan or Health Chat processing. WordPress and WooCommerce support the storefront. Stripe, PostHog, and GoHighLevel or another CRM webhook are optional or configuration-dependent integrations; they receive information only if the relevant production feature is enabled. We do not identify Omnisend as connected in the inspected implementation.
11. Marketing communications
The Scan includes an email opt-in for tips and check-ins based on results. Transactional email is dispatched through Resend when configured. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages using the available unsubscribe mechanism or by contacting us. Operational messages, such as account or transaction notices, may still be sent when necessary.
12. Data retention
GlowStrong L.L.C retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing and maintaining services, fulfilling transactions, maintaining appropriate business and tax records, security and fraud prevention, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and satisfying applicable legal obligations. We do not state fixed retention periods. You may contact support@glowstronghealth.com about an appropriate access, correction or deletion request. We may need to retain certain information for legitimate business, tax, accounting, security, dispute-resolution or legal purposes, and do not promise immediate deletion.
13. Data security
We use access controls, server-side handling for sensitive integration keys, authenticated sessions and service-provider safeguards appropriate to the implementation. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
14. Privacy choices and rights
Depending on applicable law and your jurisdiction, you may have rights concerning your personal information, which may include requesting access, correction, deletion, or information about processing. Direct requests to support@glowstronghealth.com. We may need to verify your request, and rights may be subject to applicable law, legitimate exceptions and necessary retention for business or legal purposes. This Policy does not make a universal GDPR or CCPA compliance representation.
15. Children’s privacy
The Website and Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request information from a child under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can review and address it.
16. Third-party links and services
The Website may link to third-party merchants, services or resources, including affiliate destinations and the separate GlowStrong Scan or Peptides services. Those parties control their own processing and policies. Review their privacy notices before providing information or completing a transaction.
17. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy by posting a revised version on the Website. The revised Policy applies from its posted date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Terms
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the glowstronghealth.com website ("Website" or "Service") and related products and services (collectively, "Services"). This Agreement is legally binding between you and GlowStrong L.L.C ("GlowStrong," "we," "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are entering this Agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not have that authority or do not agree with this Agreement, you must not access or use the Website and Services. This is a contract between you and GlowStrong L.L.C even though it is electronic and not physically signed.
Accounts and membership
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Website and Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and for all activity under it. False contact information may result in termination. You must promptly notify us of unauthorized use or other security breaches. We may suspend, disable or delete an account for violation of this Agreement or conduct that would tend to damage our reputation or goodwill.

Links to other websites or resources do not imply approval, sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation unless specifically stated. We are not responsible for evaluating or warranting third-party offerings, actions, products, services or content. Access linked resources at your own risk and review their legal terms.
Intellectual property rights
All present and future rights in copyrights, trademarks, designs, patents, inventions, goodwill and other intellectual property used in connection with the Website and Services remain with GlowStrong L.L.C or its licensors. This Agreement transfers no intellectual property rights or license to reproduce or use those marks.
Disclaimer of warranty
The Website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlowStrong L.L.C disclaims express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and does not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free service, particular results, or the accuracy or reliability of information. Materials or data downloaded through the Service are obtained at your discretion and risk; you are solely responsible for resulting damage or loss of data. We make no warranty regarding goods or services purchased through the Service unless stated otherwise, and no advice or information creates a warranty not expressly made here.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlowStrong L.L.C and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover or consequential damages. Aggregate liability relating to the Services is limited to the greater of one dollar or amounts actually paid in cash by you to GlowStrong L.L.C during the one-month period before the event giving rise to liability.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GlowStrong L.L.C and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors harmless from liabilities, losses, damages, costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from third-party allegations or claims relating to your content, your use of the Website and Services or your willful misconduct.
Governing law, venue and jury waiver
The formation, interpretation and performance of this Agreement and disputes arising from it are governed by the substantive and procedural laws of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules and, where applicable, United States law. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue are the courts located in Georgia, United States, and you submit to their personal jurisdiction. You waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Changes and acceptance
We may modify this Agreement by posting an updated version on the Website and revising the updated date. Continued use constitutes consent. By accessing and using the Website and Services, you agree to all terms. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use them.

DIRECT ORDERS
Returns & exchanges
Our policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. We do not offer refunds; eligible products may be returned for an exchange. After 30 days, we cannot offer an exchange.
Exchange requirements
The product must be defective, in its original packaging and unused. All returns are inspected; if these criteria are not met, we may decline an exchange. Perishable goods are excluded.
Proof of purchase
A receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase is required. Sale and clearance items cannot be exchanged.
